Ingredients
- Ok here is a killer sockeye smoked salmon candy recipe. Can be taken out at candy stage or left an extra couple of hours for jerky like strips. So good.
- 3 bags brown sugar
- 3 large jug’s china lily soy sauce
- 3 x1 litre size containers of pineapple juice
- 2 cups of rock salt or pickling salt
