Baked & Marinaded Tofu
Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • Soy Sauce
  • Maple Syrup
  • Sriracha
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  •  
  • subheading: For Coating:
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Nutritional Yeast
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Press the tofu. Chop the tofu into cubes or any shape you'd like.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade together.
  4. Place the chopped tofu in the marinade. Set aside in the fridge for however long you'd like.
  5. When the tofu is ready, make the coating by combining all of the ingredients.
  6. Place the marinaded tofu in the dry mixture and coat evenly.
  7. Put the coated and marinated tofu on a baking sheet. Cook at 350°F until golden brown. Tofu should be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
  8. Enjoy!
