  • ½ Cup Pumpkin, canned
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Non dairy milk, I used Almond milk
  • ½ Cup Pecans, roasted (chopped)
  • subheading: Pecan Pie Topping:
  • ¾ Cup Pecans, roasted (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
  • ¼ Cup Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
