  • 2 to 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika spice
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced and paste-like)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
