  • 1 Tbsp (12 g) White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ¼ tsp (7.5 g) Table Salt
  • 3 ⅔ cup (425 g) Bread Flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp or 1 packet (7 g) Bread machine yeast or Instant yeast
