  • 3 oz chicken breast, sliced thinly

  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • ¾ cup regular coconut milk
  • ¾ tsp fresh lime juice, plus extra lime wedges
  • Iodized sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 TBS chopped fresh basil or cilantro
  • Optional: red chili flakes or cayenne pepper to taste
