Ingredients
- 3½cupwarmwater
- · ¼ cup olive oil

- · Addanother12cupsofbreadflourtillit’snotstickingtothesidesanymore(it will still feel a little sticky to the touch though)
- o Or you could add 3 ½ cup whole wheat flour + ⅓ cup gluten (optional) instead
Steps
- Knead in Bosch for 810 min
- Take it directly out of the bowl and divide into loaf amounts on a greased/oiled counter; round edges in hand until top is smooth, then turn over on counter and fold over corners and turn a quarter...keep doing several times, then form into a loaf by pinching together in the middle and push with fingers to flatten out a little and make it the right size, and put it straight in the greased bread pan. Oil the tops with the oil left over on the counter, and let raise 1 time (about 1 hour or until bread is about 1⁄2 inch above pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 2530 minutes. (in NH cover after 11 and bake for 22 total)
- The original recipe calls for just hard white wheat flour but I have since started using a mixture of white wheat and kamut wheat since kamut wheat has more protein in it. It doesn't taste much different just a little healthier.
