Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 Cup of Cold Brewed Coffee (No Sugar)
  • ½ Cup of Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Any flavor of your choice but I prefer Vanilla)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (Optional)

  • Simply add these ingredients into a blender and blend away until you have a smooth consistency.

  • Feel free to experiment and add more ingredients to get the perfect flavor you like. I personally like to add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter or Greek yogurt.

  • If you’d like more sweetness to your beverage just add 2 frozen bananas instead of 1. This also gives it more of a creamy smoothie texture.
