  1. Roughly chop 2 cups or more of frozen broccoli. Let defrost naturally. Don't nuke.
  2. Shred 1 cup cabbage by hand. Toss w a bit of salt.
  3. Cook 4 strips bacon, drain well, and chop n slice into small strips.
  4. Add a can of tuna or cooked chicken if u want., also add chopped cilantro.
  5. mix all together with some pepper and salt, roll in spring roll wraps and fry w a small amount of oil in nonstick pan.
  6. Serve with a spicy soy vinegar dipping sauce.
