Cinnamon Peach Chutney
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped peach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
Steps
  1. Cook all ingredients on high pressure in instant pot for 30 minutes, natural release, or on stove top in sauce pan, stirring often until it begins to thicken
  2. Store unused portion covered in the fridge
