Ingredients

  • 500 g ( 1 lb) ground beef and pork mince 50/50 blend
  • 3 to 4 ( 3) red chillies finely minced, I use cayenne chillies
  • 1 ( 1) gaujillo chilli torn in half
  • 400 g ( 14 oz) tinned tomatoes or use our Enchilada Sauce, see notes
  • 400 g ( 1.75 cups) beef bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons ( 2 tablespoons) chipotles in adobo
  • 2 tablespoons ( 2 tablespoons) tomato paste
