  • 2 tablespoons melted ghee OR butter if not paleo
  • ¼ cup granulated monkfruit sweetener , can also use granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup super-fine blanched almond flour
  • ½ tablespoon coconut flour
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅛ fine sea salt
