Ingredients
  • 7 oz ( 200 g) red lentils
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 chili pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup ( 60 g) whole wheat flour or oat flour or chickpea flour, if gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika powder sweet
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil + more for frying the patties

  • guacamole
  • fresh parsley
