Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cacao powder or natural cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 40 g collagen optional, but adds a creamy texture
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
  • ¾ cup chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk canned or in paper cartons, not beverage
