Cotton Candy Ice Cream

1 cup milk

2 cups heavy cream

⅓ cup granulated sugar

¾ cup cotton candy syrup

¼ tsp salt

5 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

optional: pink food coloring

optional: add cotton candy floss to ice cream while churning
