Ingredients
  • subheading: Combine in a sauce pan:
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Onion powder, garlic powder, cumin to taste (I used a lot of onion, and also a bit of Fox point)
  • Ground chile, to taste (ancho, chipotle, cayenne, or a combo, which I recommend)
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese that’s been tossed with 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ¼ Cup chopped roasted green chile
  • 1 chopped tomato (or ½ to ¾ cup canned)
  • handful chopped cilantro
  • Salsa & Pico spice blend would be fantastic in this as well.
