Persian Chicken Kabob (Kabob-Eh Morgh)

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 lavash bread
