Ingredients
  • ¼ c. barley (uncooked)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ¼ tsp. rosemary
  • 2 c. water (boiling)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in 1½-qt. casserole.
  3. Cover tightly & bake till all liquid is absorbed & barley is tender (about 1-hr.)
