Ingredients
- ¼ c. barley (uncooked)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
- 1 tbsp. butter
- ¼ tsp. rosemary
- 2 c. water (boiling)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Mix all ingredients together in 1½-qt. casserole.
- Cover tightly & bake till all liquid is absorbed & barley is tender (about 1-hr.)
