Ingredients
  • 1.5 lb stew meat (like beef chuck)
  • ½ to 1 rutabaga, about equal amount as beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pkg Lipton's onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (not sure how much it was)
  • Green beans
  • Pepper
Steps
  1. Add everything, except the green beans, to a pot. Add some water  maybe enough to barely cover everything.
  2. Cook over lowest heat for 4 hours or so until meat is tender.
  3. Microwave green beans and add to stew.
