Gravy
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth*
  • 1 cup milk
Steps
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for one minute. Slowly whisk in the broth and milk; heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Notes
  • Can replace with any broth or stock.
