  • 240g (1 cup) heavy cream

  • 250g (1 cup) cranberry sauce
  • 56g (¼ cup) orange liqueur or cranberry juice
  • ¾ cup cranberry juice
  • 200g to 250g ladyfingers (depending on the packaging)
  • subheading: Strawberry Sugar, optional:
  • 28g (1oz) freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
