  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated Parmesan cheese; we use powder-style from the green can)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast (if you’re out of this, use 1 full cup Parmy)
  • 2.5 Tbsp parsley flakes (dried)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1 tsp mineral salt (rounded teaspoon)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
