This works great on everything... Buddha Bowls, burritos, tacos, dip, potato topper...

Ingredients
  • 1 12oz container of Silken Firm Tofu*
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • 1½ tsp cumin
  • 2½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp chipotle chili powder**
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
  • * I use Mori-nu Organic Firm Silken tofu
  • ** If you don't like heat, remove the chipotle chili pepper and add an extra ½ teaspoon of plain chili powder.
  • Freezes well. Just reblend once thawed.
