Panera Bread Thai Shrimp Noodle Bowl Copycat
Ingredients
  • 1½ pounds medium shrimp with shells, preferably U.S.-farmed or wild Alaskan

  • 2 ounces fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (about 5 tablespoons)
  • 2 ounces small mushrooms, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai roasted red chile paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 ounces (about 2 cups) rice noodles
