  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)
