  • 2 tablespoons honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 6 large slices of crusty bread, about ½ inch thick
  • 2 balls of burrata cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish
