Jennifer’s cinnamon sugar apple cake
Ingredients
- Apples
- Yellow cake mix
- • Cinnamon
- • Sugar
- ( heaping ½ cup to put in batter )
- ( ¼ cup to sprinkle on top )
Steps
- Cut up apples “thin”
- ( 4 small or two big apples )
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in separate bowl. (Consistency should be like what you’d put on toast)
- Make cake mix. Follow directions.
- Add cinnamon and sugar mixture into cake mix. You want to see the mixture in the batter. (Save some out or make more for later)
- Pour in greased Bundt pan
- Add apples.
- Bake
- Sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
