  • 2 tomatoes sliced think
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 large Romaine leaves
  • 8 sandwich dill pickle slices
  • subheading: Vegan Creole Mayo:
  • ½ cup cashew mayo recipe
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons creole seasoning I used Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce of choice optional
