One Pan Seafood Pasta
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic ; thinly sliced
  • 2 Shallots ; thinly sliced
  • 3 Anchovies ; mashed
  • 1 to 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup Dry white wine
  • 3 dozen Little neck clams* ; see notes for substitutions
  • ¾ lb Shrimp ; fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Fresh parsley ; minced
  • 28 oz Crushed tomatoes ; canned
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Clam juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 lb Linguine ; cooked and drained
  • ¼ cup Fresh parmesan ; grated
  • Fresh basil ; for garnish, optional
