  • Large handful of basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 6 to 8 slices of bread (baguette or ciabatta are best)
  • ½ a clove of garlic
