Instant Pot Sausage Jambalaya
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs sausage, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups raw rice*
  • 1 can French Onion Soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ soup can water
  • ½ stick margarine
  • ½ bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
Steps
  1. Brown the sausage using the Sauté setting.
  2. Turn off pot & add butter; stir until partially melted.
  3. Add all other ingredients to the pot, stir just enough to blend.
  4. Cook on Rice setting; Natural Pressure Release.
Notes
  • *You can use long grain or medium grain white rice.
  • Recipe can be easily doubled in Instant Pot.
  • Great way to use leftover meat. Seafood is great, too.
