  • 5 large eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas, halved lengthwise and sliced ½ inch thick
  • Sea salt, for sprinkling
