  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (12-inch) French baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 6 slices (about  6 ounces) Swiss cheese
  • 1 ½ cups (about 6 ounces) shredded gruyere cheese
