Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Servings: ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ shallot, minced
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Steps
  1. Combine all in glass jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Can keep in fridge for 1 week.
Notes
  • To make creamy add 2 tbsp tahini. To make sweet add 2 tsp maple syrup.
