  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin (all visible fat discarded)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp. olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
  • ½ tsp. salt
