Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 26 ounces bag frozen homestyle meatalls (I used a little larger bag of meatballs so I didn't need the cornstarch slurry at the end)
  • 8 ounces sliced brown mushrooms (I don't use these in the video, my family doesn't like mushrooms)
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 ounce package brown gravy mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch (You'll use this at the end to make a slurry if your gravy isn't thick enough for your liking)
  • 1 ⁄4 cup water
