Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs

26 ounces bag frozen homestyle meatalls (I used a little larger bag of meatballs so I didn't need the cornstarch slurry at the end)

8 ounces sliced brown mushrooms (I don't use these in the video, my family doesn't like mushrooms)

1 sliced onion

2 cups beef broth

1 ounce package brown gravy mix

1 tablespoon Worchester sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons corn starch (You'll use this at the end to make a slurry if your gravy isn't thick enough for your liking)

1 ⁄4 cup water
