Ingredients
  • 1 to 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ cup peas (or less)
  • heavy pour red wine
  • ¼ cup flour with ½ teaspoon salt & ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 to 2 bay leaf

  • follow the video. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 to 6 until beef breaks apart easily. **NOTE-add peas towards the end of cook time**we like our beef stew extra brothy so I did add more beef broth in the end.
