Easy Maple Honeycrisp Apple Fritters
Ingredients

  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples, peeled and diced (~ 3 ¼ cups)
  • Oil, for frying

  • 2 ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt (plus a dash of pie spice, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
