Cauliflower, Zucchini & Leek Soup with Bacon Dust & Goats Cheese
Ingredients
  • 2 onion, peeled and cut in half

  • 900 g water
  • 350 g cauliflower florets
  • 350 g Zucchinis, Peeled if you dont want a green soup
  • 1 leek, White part only
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black cracked pepper, to taste

  • 40 g goats cheese, crumbled
