  • 1 ½ TB water
  • 1 ⅔ c. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ c. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ¾ c. heavy cream, ice cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ c. confectioners sugar
  • subheading: For the Ganache:
  • ⅔ c. dark chocolate chips
  • 2 TB heavy cream
  • 2 TB Baileys Irish Cream
  • subheading: For the Whipped Icing:
  • ½ c. heavy cream, ice cold
  • 1 TB cocoa powder
  • ⅓ c. confectioners sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
