Garlic Sriracha Noodles with Broccolini

  • 6 cups roughly chopped broccolini
  • 1 shallot, chopped or ¼ cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup shelled frozen edamame
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • juice of half a lime (about a tablespoon)
  • subheading: Noodles:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 to 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 ounces noodles, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons nooch*
  • sliced green onions
  • sesame seeds to top
