Keto 3 Egg Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Spam, Bacon, Sausage or Ham
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 T./15g Sour Cream
  • 1 T./15ml Heavy Cream
  • ΒΌ c./28g Shredded Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Dice the meat and cook until nicely browned.
  2. Place remaining ingredients, except cheese in a bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Pour into pan with the meat.
  5. Cook to your desired level of doneness!
Notes
  • Serve with a side of sliced avocado!
