Ingredients
  • 1 bag good quality frozen broccoli, defrosted
  • Raw garlic to taste
  • Scallion, chopped to taste
  • 1 cup rice
  • Grated cheese and/or a cheese sauce (bechamel w nutmeg and cheese)
  • Pepper flakes to serve
Steps
  1. Cook rice in salted water or stock
  2. Roughly chop all veggies in food processor
  3. Sauté Veg in some butter. Set aside
  4. Mix all, add cheese while hot
  5. Add pepper flakes if wanted
