3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon my 3-ingredient AIP Pumpkin Spice

(or you can just use cinnamon)

¼ teaspoon sea salt
