  • 3 c. shredded leftover turkey breast or rotisserie chicken
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cara Cara oranges, segmented and cut into pieces
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and coarsely grated (about 2 cups)
  • ½ c. chow mein noodles
  • ½ c. roasted almonds, chopped
