Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground meat (any kind)
  • 3 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 large onion (s) (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce (or a few generous squirts Bragg liquid aminos or coconut aminos)
  • 20 oz frozen riced veggies (2 to 3 (10 to 12 ounce) bags frozen riced veggies; known as cauliflower medley, or plain cauli rice, please see Recipe Notes below)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp ginger (ground, or 2 to 3 teaspoons finely grated or minced fresh ginger)
  • mineral salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 4 green onion (s) (finely chopped)
