  • 1 tbsp roasted garlic paste (or finely minced garlic)
  • 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 3 green onions (plus more for garnish if desired)
  • 8 to 10 chiles de arbol
  • ½ cup peanuts
