Ingredients
  • subheading: Marinate:
  • 8 pieces of chicken, prick all over
  • 2 tb balsamic vinegar
  • zest from one lemon
  • 2 tsp course salt
  • 2 tsp ground pepper

  • 2 tb canola to very hot
  • 2 tb butter
  • subheading: Bake:
  • 2 tb sugar
  • 1 zest lemon
  • subheading: Finish:
  • 2 tb butter
  • 2 tb lemon juice
Steps
  1. subheading: Marinate:
  2. Combine chicken, vinegar, zest, salt and pepper. Let marinate for at least 20 min. or longer.
  3. subheading: Cook:
  4. Heat oil to very hot. Add butter the chicken, skin side down. Cook 3 to 4 min until brown. Flip 1 min more.
  5. subheading: Bake:
  6. Sprinkle sugar and lemon zest over chicken. Bake 400° for 25 min (or until 165).
  7. subheading: Finish:
  8. Top with butter and lemon juice. serve.
