Keto Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2oz cream cheese
  • bell peppers and onion
  • provolone cheese
  • steak
Steps
  1. combine cream cheese and mozzarella, then melt
  2. add almond flour, baking powder, and egg then stir. spread dough out onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 min at 400°F or until brown.
  3. cook up steak, add in onions and bell peppers
  4. put cream cheese on flatbread, add provolone, then add steak on top
  5. add extra provolone on top, bake for 5 more mins or until cheese is melted
  6. cut and serve
