Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  • subheading: Butter & Salt Seeds:
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse Kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
  •  
  • subheading: Pumpkin Spice Seeds:
  • 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (Trader Joe's)
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix and combine butter and spice(s).
  3. Stir in 2 c. dried pumpkin seeds.
  4. Spread on parchment lined baking sheets (single layer).
  5. Bake 55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Cool on baking rack. Then spread out on paper towel to absorb excess moisture/butter.
  7. Store in airtight container.
Notes
  • **Dry pumpkin seeds on cookie sheets for at least 2 days before roasting.**
